Privacy Policy
Data collection
Calcaton does not collect personal data. The app has no user accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting telemetry that transmits user or device data.
Local data
Where applicable, calculation history, saved calculations, presets, settings, and cached currency rates are stored locally on the device. This information is not automatically uploaded to the developer or a cloud service.
Currency-rate service
Currency rates can be refreshed manually through the third-party exchange-rate service api.frankfurter.dev. Calcaton sends only currency codes and rate-selection information required for the request. The entered monetary amount is not sent; calculations using that amount are performed locally. Frankfurter operates independently under its own policies.
Share and export
Share and export actions occur only when explicitly initiated by the user. The user chooses the destination app or document location through Android system sharing or document selection. Calcaton does not automatically transmit exported data.
Permissions
Internet access is used for manual currency-rate refresh.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on the device until the user clears it through supported app controls, clears app data through Android, or uninstalls the application. Calcaton has no account to delete and no server-side user-data store.
Children
Calcaton is a general-purpose calculation utility and is not specifically designed for children.
Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application behavior or legal or policy requirements change.
